When I think about my big brother
one word stands out above all the rest
Love
I have a special bond with him that I share with no other
We finish each other's sentences
Can make each other laugh with just a look
Another word that comes to mind is
Adoration
I was the little sister that would follow him anywhere
When I turned five and went to school
I would sit on the swing and wait right there
Until he finally came home
Now that we're older and somewhat wiser
Another word that comes easily to my mind is
Respect
I respect the man that he has become
the difficult choices he's had to make
And I never thought it possible
But I love him all the more

i always wished to have an elder brother..but i never had
nicely penned....
@ yamini: though he is ma cousin, i still treat him ma own elder brother. and yes i wrote this peom after a nice meeting with ma brother after 12 yrs.
