🧠 The 5-Step Filter I Use Before Trusting Any Financial Advice Online

There's too much noise.

Too many "experts."

Too many promises.

So I stopped guessing…

And built a simple system.

Now, before I trust any financial advice on social media, I run it through this:

1. 🔍 SOURCE CHECK

Who is this person—really?

Do they show consistent knowledge?

Or just trending content?

If I can't verify them → I don't proceed.

2. 🧾 STRUCTURE CHECK

Is there a clear system behind what they're saying?

Or just random tips and hype?

Real expertise follows a repeatable process, not scattered ideas.

3. ⚖️ RISK CHECK

Do they talk about downsides… or only upside?

If risk is missing → truth is missing.

4. 💰 INCENTIVE CHECK

How do they make money?

Advice?

Commissions?

Selling a product?

If I don't understand their incentive → I don't trust the recommendation.

5. 🧠 SELF-CONTROL CHECK

This is the most important one.

👉 Am I making this decision calmly…

Or because I feel rushed, excited, or pressured?

If emotion is high → I wait.

✨ This changed everything for me.

No more confusion.

No more chasing every "opportunity."

No more regret decisions.

Just clarity… control… and smarter growth.

💡 Because in affiliate marketing,

it's not just about making money…

It's about protecting what you build.
